Andrew is a CFA charterholder since 1994. He began his career with the Canadian banks working as a credit officer. He then moved over to asset management, first as a research analyst and then portfolio manager, and has managed portfolio for both private client and institutional accounts here in Canada as well as spending over a decade overseas. He has also held a number of senior management roles, overseeing asset allocation and investment teams.

Prior to joining the team, Erik worked as an investment banker in the mid-market, with a specific focus on private company valuations (including mergers and acquisitions mandates). Previously, he was an analyst and assistant portfolio manager in an international equity team. Since joining the firm in 2016, Erik contributes to research and idea generation.

Guillaume joined the research team in 2020 as a research analyst. Passionate about financial markets, he assists the team at all levels of the research process. Prior to joining the firm, Guillaume worked as a business valuation consultant at Investissement Québec where he was responsible for the due diligence, comparable analysis as well as cash flow modeling of investment opportunities. Previously, he worked as fund analyst for National Bank, ensuring the daily accuracy of quotes and the validation of various market events. Since his arrival with the firm, he has been assisting our senior equity analysts in monitoring portfolio companies and identifying new investment ideas.

Alexandre began his career at AA & A in 1998 with a mandate to set up a customized computer system. Once the system was operational, he continued his career with Wyeth for seven years. Since his return at our firm in 2005, Alexandre has obtained the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation and has followed numerous training in compliance. Chief Financial Officer at Createch from 2011 to 2019, she was responsible for managing all activities supporting the business operations (Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and Legal) along with Strategic planning. Since January 2019, she has joined the team of Allard, Allard & Associés as Chief Financial Officer.
Known for her leadership and dynamism, she is a strong believer in organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives. Action-oriented, she aims to support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives through the rigorous application of good governance and appropriate risk management.
With the development of her community at heart, Stephanie volunteers on two boards of directors, namely CPE Mont-Royal, as president, and Villa-Maria College, as director.
